e0d630ed72 Add error checking and improve constructor of Fl_BMP_Image 
- use new features of Fl_Image_Reader (read error and EOF checks)
- add length argument to constructor reading from memory

f09e17c3c5 Remove $Id$ tags, update URL's, and more 
- remove obsolete svn '$Id$' tags from all source files
- update .fl files and generated files accordingly
- replace 'http://www.fltk.org' URL's with 'https://...'
- replace bug report URL 'str.php' with 'bugs.php'
- remove trailing whitespace
- fix other whitespace errors flagged by Git
- add and/or fix missing or wrong standard headers
- convert tabs to spaces in all source files

The only relevant code changes are in the fluid/ folder where
some .fl files and other source files were used to generate
the '$Id' headers and footers.

1e2b0af443 Combine image readers in class Fl_Image_Reader 
This new class is explicitly internal and undocumented. We can
rename and/or redefine or extend it as we need.

This work is based on Matt's recent update with separate internal
classes BMPReader and GIFReader which have been replaced by
Fl_Image_Reader.

7e0c82637d Updated image readers.

ec494401c1 Make sure all strings can be localized in the dialogs. 
Move the "preview" button over so there is room for localization.

Fix the order of buttons in convenience dialogs.

Update "ask" to use the fl_input function.

Fix 4-bit BMP file loading.

a6b935289e Move the rest of the image file formats (except for XBM and XPM) to 
the fltk_images library; saves about 16k in the FLTK core library on my
Intel system.

Fix a memory leak bug in most of the fl_set_fonts*.cxx implementations;
as a result, the Fl_Fontdesc structure now has a fontname member to old
the human-readable font name.

Lots of fixes for shadowed variables, etc.

Use snprintf, strlcpy, and strlcat in more places.

1cfc6385dd BMP image loader fixes. 
JPEG with Cygwin fix.

Make sure that all generated files are removed with a "make distclean".

Make sure we remove the autoconf cache directory when building the
source distribution.
