Fix conditional compilation under Windows.

Browse Source 
Target of the condition was MS Visual Studio, hence the replacement
of "ifndef __WATCOMC__" with "#if defined(_MSC_VER)".

Tested under Windows with MinGW and Visual Studio 2015.
